If something is not right, we will make it right. Consulting sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot, and unopened books can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Message us on WhatsApp at +48 784339888 or email hello@rodrigodelmonte.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with return instructions within 24 hours.
Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few days.
For a damaged book, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Completed consulting sessions, sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, and books returned damaged or without their original packaging cannot be refunded.
