Delivery
This page explains how consulting sessions are scheduled and delivered, and how printed books are sent.
After payment you receive a booking confirmation immediately and a scheduling link with a short intake form within 24 hours. Sessions take place by video call at a time you choose.
Your written action plan or strategy document is sent by email within 48 hours of the final session.
Printed copies are dispatched within 48–72 hours of payment. Delivery within the EU takes 5–14 days. A tracking number is emailed once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Shipping for books is included in the displayed price — no surprise fees at checkout.
